Ripley’s Heroes has applied for 501(c)3 status. As our application is pending contributors to our organization do not have assurance of deductibility. If the application is approved all prior contributions will be tax deductible but if the determination is that the organization does not qualify for 501(c)3 status the contribution will not be tax deductible.
